These terms describe use of laineeslove.com and participation in the programs and ordering services operated by Lainee’s Love, LLC in Mesa, Arizona. Program descriptions and the details confirmed for your request, order, or donation also apply. Questions may be sent to support@laineeslove.com.

1 Information and website accounts

Please provide accurate contact and request details. If you act for another person or organization, obtain their permission or appropriate authority. A parent or guardian should submit requests for children under 13.

A form submission or donation does not automatically create a website account. Some ordering programs use accounts approved by Lainee’s Love. If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Use My Account for available website account and order details; donor management uses Stripe as described below.

2 Hope Shirts

The person facing cancer and up to three people in their support circle may each receive a Hope Shirt as our gift. Additional shirts may be purchased for other family and friends. The free program is subject to available supplies and capacity. A donation is not required to request a free Hope Shirt.

Check your size, design, personalization, contact details, and delivery information before submitting. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We will communicate about availability and fulfillment arrangements. A request is not a guarantee that a particular design, size, or delivery date is available.

3 Paid shirts and partner orders

Paid apparel orders, including New Hope Community Center (NHCC) volunteer shirts, are separate from the free Hope Shirt program. Review the items, sizes, quantities, personalization, prices, and any applicable tax and delivery charges shown or confirmed for your order.

The current NHCC workflow uses approved ordering accounts, a separately issued invoice, and coordinated hand delivery. No payment is due at website checkout for these orders. Follow the payment instructions and due date on your invoice. NHCC orders must be placed separately from other shirt orders.

If an item is unavailable or an order detail or price needs correction, we will contact you before proceeding with the changed order. We will communicate delivery or pickup arrangements and any material delay. Paid orders remain subject to applicable fulfillment, cancellation, and refund requirements.

4 Shirt changes, cancellations, and problems

Contact support@laineeslove.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Include your order or request reference and the correction needed. We will review the request based on production and fulfillment progress and explain the available options before agreeing to a change.

If a shirt arrives damaged, defective, or different from what we confirmed, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will review it and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund for a paid order where warranted. Please contact us before returning an item so we can agree on the return arrangements.

Size exchanges and changes of mind are reviewed individually, considering whether the shirt has been personalized and the condition and availability of the item. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law. Free Hope Shirts have no purchase payment to refund; contact us about fit or fulfillment problems so we can discuss available help.

5 Donations and recurring gifts

Before donating, review the amount, selected fund, and whether the gift is one-time or monthly. Selecting a monthly gift authorizes recurring charges for the amount and frequency shown at confirmation until you cancel. Stripe processes online payments. A donation does not purchase a shirt, guarantee Hands of Hope assistance, or create a Lainee’s Love website login.

Use the Stripe portal linked below, on the donation page, and in your thank-you email to change a recurring donation, update billing or payment information, view invoice history, or cancel future recurring payments. Enter the email address used for your donation. If Stripe finds a matching record, it sends a secure sign-in link to that address. Check junk or spam if the email does not arrive, then click the link to open your donor account.

Review the effective date and confirmation shown when changing or canceling a recurring gift. Cancellation stops future payments according to that confirmation; it does not itself request a refund of an earlier payment. Keep the confirmation and contact support@laineeslove.com if the portal does not let you complete the requested action.

For a mistaken, duplicate, or unauthorized donation charge, contact support@laineeslove.com promptly with the donation email, date, amount, and transaction reference if available. We will investigate and review refund requests individually. Do not send a full card number, card security code, or password. Any refund required by applicable law will be handled accordingly.

Lainee’s Love currently operates as an LLC. We do not represent that a gift to Lainee’s Love qualifies as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. A payment confirmation records your payment and does not establish tax deductibility.

6 Hands of Hope requests and volunteering

Hands of Hope provides practical assistance through volunteers. Submitting a request begins our review; it does not confirm acceptance, a work date, or a promise to complete a project. What we can offer depends on the location, project scope, available skills, supplies, tools and equipment, volunteer capacity, and safe working conditions.

The current hands-on service area includes Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction, Arizona. For requests outside that area, we may be able to help identify other resources. Hands of Hope is not an emergency response service. Call 911 for an immediate emergency.

Before work begins, we will discuss the agreed scope, access, timing, and any responsibilities or costs that need to be approved. A requester should have authority to authorize work at the site and tell us about relevant hazards or restrictions. Changes to the agreed work should be discussed with the project lead.

A volunteer signup expresses interest and does not guarantee an assignment. Volunteers should accurately describe their skills and availability, accept tasks within their abilities, follow the project lead’s instructions, and report safety concerns. An assignment may be changed, postponed, or stopped when conditions or resources require it.

7 Respectful use and personal information

Use the website and programs lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, send abusive or malicious content, or interfere with website security. Only submit material you have permission to share. A private request or story does not grant permission for public fundraising or promotional use of an identifiable story or photograph.

Website text, designs, logos, and images may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce or commercially use material without permission from the appropriate rights holder, except where applicable law permits it. Linked services, including Stripe and social media, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including form submissions, order records, donor information, and Hands of Hope project records.

8 Updates and contact

We may update these terms as programs and services change. The published terms will show their updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order or payment under the terms accepted for it or applicable law.

For website, shirt, donation, or Hands of Hope questions, contact support@laineeslove.com. Include the relevant reference so we can locate the record. Donation billing, payment changes, invoice history, and recurring cancellations should be managed through the Stripe portal when available.
