I received my “cancer can suck my platelets“ T-shirt after I donated for my first time. Because of low platelets and low hemoglobin, my husband could not get ahead of his cancer and was unable to fight any longer. I never even knew that platelets played such a high role in your survival.
After talking to Jerry one day, it dawned on me that I could actually donate and that’s exactly what I did. I love this T-shirt and I love what it stands for! It’s very soft and fits perfect and most importantly, gets the message out there!
