Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.
  • Standard flat-rate shipping applies unless otherwise noted.
  • We do our best to ship orders quickly, but timing may vary. You’ll receive updates along the way.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If there’s a problem with your order (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Because every dollar of profit is donated to charity, we can’t always accept returns for reasons outside of defects or errors — but we’ll always treat you with fairness and care.

Donations

  • 100% of profits from purchases are donated to charities or kindness initiatives supported by Lainee’s Love.
  • We reserve the right to select which charities we support. The currently featured charity is always highlighted on our website so you know where your purchase is making a difference.

Community Guidelines

  • Lainee’s Love is built on kindness. Please keep interactions (such as blog comments or messages) respectful.
  • We reserve the right to remove content or block users that go against the spirit of compassion and community.

Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and high-quality products. However:

  • We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.
